The potential source of the problem in the case of Interwest Healthcare Corp is the communication gap between the employees and the manager. In order to deliver accurate work, the employees in any organisation must be clearly aware of their task i.e. what is to be done, how it is to be done, for whom they are doing it and when they have to deliver it. If the communication of details to the employee is not clear then he or she will not be able to complete their job. The other problem stems from the training of the employees and management planning. The manager here is neither training the employees properly nor is he controlling the situation efficiently. But the employees are themselves not completely efficient and their carelessness in performing their task is also a potential source of the problem.
